Lingni Xu, CPA

Lingni Xu, CPA is a manager with Councilor, Buchanan & Mitchell (CBM). She works with clients to provide tax preparation and client accounting and advisory services over several different industry sectors. She is experienced in delivering various tax-related services for individuals, businesses, trusts and estates including compliance, tax projections, tax notice examinations, and special tax research projects. In addition, she works on implementing streamlined accounting processes, delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, providing support and guidance for businesses and organizations. Her primary industry focus includes professional services, not-for-profit, and real estate industries.

Before joining CBM in 2018, Lingni interned at a regional construction company in Washington, DC where she was responsible for recording accounts payable, payroll, and other relevant transactions.

Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor activities including hiking and camping.
