"Our clients operate in a fast-paced environment and constantly search for the next opportunity to grow or improve their business. We make sure they don’t have to go it alone. "
Keith A. Laudenberger, CPA, understands his clients work to differentiate themselves from their competitors while working to keep a balance in their relationships with vendors and struggling to find and maintain qualified staff. That’s why he goes all-in to proactively provide tax, accounting, and audit support so they can focus on what they do well – running their business.
The partner and director of Councilor, Buchanan & Mitchell (CBM)’s automotive dealerships practice group has 20 years of public accounting experience providing planning and compliance support to professionals in the automotive dealership, construction, real estate, not-for-profit, and government contracting arenas. While he works with large clients in these areas, Keith also focuses his time on helping family and closely-held businesses create and maintain lasting strategies.
With automotive dealerships being his primary area of focus, Keith provides large and complex dealer groups with a range of services, including planning, reviewing, and consulting for audit and assurance engagements, consolidated financial reporting, consolidated federal taxation support, and multi-state tax planning and compliance.
Keith understands dealership management systems (DMS) and is well versed in the operations and data reporting for Reynolds and Reynolds and ADP. His work with dealerships has involved some of the most prominent automotive manufacturers.
Keith also provides technology consulting services at CBM by providing clients with recommendations on leveraging technology processes more efficiently to reach their goals. He often shares his knowledge on ever-changing computer services and hardware/software applications with clients and the community through published articles and speaking engagements.
Baseball is big in Keith’s life outside the office, attending games as often as he can or playing catch with his son in the park.
