The Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional (CNAP) program is a national initiative developed by NonprofitCPAs, a national alliance of CPA firms that serve not-for-profit clients throughout the country, to recognize excellence in the nonprofit industry through comprehensive qualification, training, and examination. CBM is the only Washington, DC-area firm eligible to lead the CNAP training, and runs programs in the spring and fall.
The two-day training and exam-based certification program is intended to provide nonprofit bookkeepers, staff accountants, and non-CPA professionals with the rigorous professional development they need to be effective financial managers for their nonprofit employers.
The program will be hosted virtually by Director of Not-for-Profit Services Julia Lafferty and Manager of Client Accounting and Advisory Services Jessica Rose on May 24-25, 2022.
CBM, P.C. is a professional services firm delivering tax, accounting and business advisory expertise throughout the Mid-Atlantic region from offices in Bethesda, MD and Washington, DC.
