A Diversity Story: Mergers of Change
Increasing diversity within a professional services accounting firm can occur in several ways. An external event such as a merger or acquisition can deliver an immediate change in team composition. Or a firm can pursue the more gradual (and challenging) process of securing diverse representation through internal education and cultural change.

The planned October 24 presentation for GWSPCA will deliver a case study of how one professional accounting services firm is working to capture the momentum provided by a diverse team and build an organization that can successfully sustain diversity and inclusion in its culture, policies and procedures, and hiring and advancement practices.
