Jane Ochsman Rowny, partner and a director of divorce and litigation services at Councilor, Buchanan & Mitchell (CBM), will co-host a discussion for the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals on Wednesday, October 16 at 3 pm PT. The session, entitled “Conversation time with the Financial Neutrals”, will present a discussion and networking opportunity among financial neutrals as they discuss their role in the collaborative process working with both parties in a divorce to help them understand their financial situation and facilitate fair negotiations for the future.
Ms. Rowny has served as a financial neutral in numerous cases throughout her career of more than 25 years. She is a long-time member of IACP and co-presented at IACP’s 2022 annual forum in a session entitled “Maximizing the Magic of the Financial Neutral on the Collaborative Team”.
