Stephanie Anderson, CFA, CFP®, CDFA®, has joined Councilor, Buchanan & Mitchell (CBM), a full-service tax, accounting and advisory firm, as a manager of divorce financial planning and wealth management, bringing more than 30 years of experience collaborating with clients on financial planning, strategy and wealth management. She takes a comprehensive and holistic approach to help clients confidently navigate all of life’s transitions–including divorce–and achieve their unique set of goals.

Anderson has considerable experience working with individuals, couples and families to manage their finances in a comprehensive, holistic manner throughout their lives—from marriage, starting a family, planning for taxes, planning for retirement, estate advisory/legacy planning and planning for divorce. Anderson also serves as a manager for May Barnhard Investments, CBM’s fee-only wealth management firm serving high-net worth individuals. In order to give divorcing families a range of options for navigating the transition, Anderson has completed training in both interdisciplinary collaborative divorce and divorce mediation. She has also earned the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® designation.
