February 1, 2017 (Bethesda, MD & Washington, DC) – Paul Ritchie, a client of Councilor, Buchanan & Mitchell (CBM) for more than 20 years, has been recognized as the incoming chairman of the American International Automobile Dealers Association, a trade group that advocates for free trade among automobile markets worldwide. Ritchie’s new role was recognized at the National Automobile Dealers Association’s 100th anniversary conference in New Orleans, LA from January 26-29.

Ritchie is a long-time advocate for free trade within the automotive industry and has been involved with AIADA since the 1980s. An automotive dealer since 1990, he is the owner of Hagerstown Honda and Hagerstown Kia in Maryland and Altoona Honda in Pennsylvania.
CBM Managing Partner Peter Reilly and partner John Comunale were on hand in New Orleans to acknowledge the industry’s anniversary milestone and support Ritchie’s achievement.
